Shipping Information.

We use R3Pack 100% Recycled Courier Bags and Go Sweet Spot to ship your CommonKind goods. 

Your delivery will require a signature, so please consider the delivery address carefully. Alternatively, if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the package, you will be notified of the pickup location. This is to reduce the risk of lost or damaged deliveries. 

We aim to pack and ship your products within 3 business days of your order date. You will receive email notification of your shipment date along with a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey. You should receive your goods within 3-5 days of shipment pickup from our HQ in Porirua for NZ deliveries and 10 days for Australia deliveries - although some locations may vary and there may be delays due to COVID-19 or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We will endeavour to notify you of any shipping delay we are made aware of, however, if you have any issues or you are worried your delivery is lost, please contact us by emailing hello@commonkind.nz.
