Faulty Product
Our blankets are assessed for quality prior to shipping, however, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, we will replace, repair or refund any CommonKind product that is deemed faulty prior to use. We will cover the costs associated with the product return. Note - we may require images for proof of fault prior to replacement, repair or refund.

Change of Mind
We get it, you might get wrapped up in the moment and make a purchase you regret.
Unfortunately, we are unable to return products due to a change of mind because your purchase of a Kind blanket covers the cost of a Common blanket to be gifted to a child in Aotearoa through community organisations. Please be sure of your purchase before you place your order.
